RETURNING BIGGER & BETTER IN 2023
World Ag Expo (WAE) is the world’s largest agricultural trade show and a must-attend event for anyone in the farming world.
With Monarch Tractor’s first MK-V production tractor rolling off the line just a month ahead of the expo, our impact at WAE 2023 was integral to establishing ourselves as a credible post-production company and starting the year strong with tractor sales. With a booth packed with exciting new developments, we needed Monarch to return to the world’s largest agricultural trade show bigger and better than ever.
A Half-acre booth bustling with energy
Live autonomous demos of the MK-V tractor, a first-ever digital walk-through of WingspanAI, a chance to hear directly from Monarch co-founder and CEO at a seminar — the Monarch Tractor booth was a must-see experience attendees wouldn’t want to miss!
BRANDING & DISPLAYS
Worked with our exhibit and staging partner, Echo Charlie and event lead, Kate Schlag to create an outstanding booth layout and design that created an educational, immersive, and engaging experience for attendees. Led the development of messaging and design for this action-packed booth.
IMMERSIVE
A truly immersive experience for event attendees to experience “a day in the life of a Monarch Tractor owner”. Live autonomous demos were conducted in the demo arena while Monarch’s digital offering, WingspanAI, was projected to showcase a real-time display of the demo tractors operating in the arena.
EDUCATIONAL
Positioning the 100% electric tractor as an equal competitor to the more powerful diesel tractors present at the show was key. Hence, I developed educational messaging across the booth’s displays highlighting how reduced emissions don’t mean reduced performance. This included a charging display featuring an 80A charger with key runtime and charging specs — zero emissions with zero compromise.
RECREATIONAL
Lounge and recreational areas featuring seating and games were an important entry point for attracting more attendees. This included an area for “tractor selfies”. Collaborated with Stavro Victor to highlight the tractor’s 360º cameras, by having attendees take selfies using the tractor’s cameras. Because this was a key area for generating foot traffic into the booth, the “tractor selfies” were a great source of lead capture for attendees who wanted to access their photos, in addition to introducing them to the product in an organic and entertaining way.
PR & COMMUNICATIONS
Led the effort to amplify and promote the event across PR, social media, newsletters, and ad placements. The result was strong media coverage and social engagement based on a strong press release, media outreach, and promotion. Notable media hits included Al Jazeera English, CNBC Squawk Box, and Future Farming.
